  3. 이용자 기기의 GPS 위치,상태,측정방법 등에 따라 제공하는 정보가 정확하지 않을 수 있으며 참고 정보로만 활용하시기 바랍니다.
  4. GPX 파일 내보내기,불러오기 서비스를 제공합니다.
  5. 앱내 Google 광고 서비스가 포함됩니다.
  6. 앱이용에 따라 발생(가능)한 손해에 대한 모든 책임은 이용자가 책임지고 부담합니다.
  7. 본 약관 및 서비스는 별도의 통보없이 변경되거나 종료될 수 있습니다.

     - 14세 미만의 아동이 본 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 경우에는 그 법정대리인의 동의를 받아야 하고, 관계 법령에 따라 법정대리인은 동의 내용을 서면으로 작성하여 담당자 이메일로 반드시 전달해야하며 담당자의 회신확인후 이용가능합니다.
  5. 8세 이하의 아동 등의 개인위치정보 수집 시 동의 획득 의무
     - 8세 이하의 아동이 본 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 경우에는 그 보호의무자의 동의를 받아야 하고, 관계 법령에 따라 보호의무자는 아래 동의 내용을 서면으로 작성하여 담당자 이메일로 반드시 전달해야하며 담당자의 회신확인후 이용가능합니다.
